Ugh...
I just can’t manage to not be disgusted with myself this week. No matter what I do I hate everything about me. and I shouldn’t right now, but i just do. I feel like I just deserve to be beating myself up over everything. I lost 10lbs, and I literally beat myself up for drinking anything other than water. This is getting a little crazy.
